Asset Evaluation Starter Kit

Set up and launch your first asset evaluation, then read and compare the results.

The Asset Evaluation feature lets you systematically assess creative assets to verify they reflect your brand’s key messaging and resonate with your target audience. This guide walks through the full workflow.

Prerequisites

Evaluations only run on a single asset type at a time. You cannot mix images, text and video in the same evaluation.

Each evaluation takes 1 to 10 assets, scored against 3 to 6 attributes.

Supported file formats:

Asset type	Allowed formats
Images	JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP
Text	PDF, DOCX, TXT
Videos	MP4, AVI, MOV

Legacy .doc files are not accepted — convert them to .docx or .pdf first.

Set up your evaluation

1. Open the Asset Evaluation tool

   From the left-hand menu of the Share Of Model UI, click Asset, then click New asset evaluation.

2. Upload assets to the library

   Click Upload assets to add files to the library.

   Confirm the upload to commence processing.

   Make sure assets respect the size limits indicated on the platform.

   Once uploaded, select the asset(s) for the evaluation and click New asset evaluation.

3. Review the selected assets

   Confirm the assets and click Next.

4. Choose the asset type

   Pick the asset type (image, text, or video) from the dropdown.

5. Configure the prompt set-up

   Fill in every field in the set-up section, then click Next.

6. Name and review the evaluation

   Give the evaluation a meaningful name and review the summary before creating it.

7. Create the evaluation

   With every field validated and reviewed, click Create evaluation to launch.

At any stage you can use Back to return and amend earlier parameters.

Read the results

1. Open the evaluation

   From the Evaluation tab on top of the dashboard, open the completed evaluation.

   Review the overall scoring of all assets against the defined category and attributes.

2. Drill down by attribute

   Use the filters on top to focus on specific attributes and view scores across assets.

3. Inspect asset-specific insights

   Click any asset to see:

   • Overall Score — a holistic performance rating.
   • Attribute Breakdown — score and detailed explanation per attribute.

4. Compare assets side by side

   Select any two assets to compare their performance on the key attributes.
