TikTok OAuth callback

Callback endpoint for TikTok OAuth flow. This endpoint is organization and workspace agnostic - the organization_id and workspace_id are extracted from the signed state parameter for security. After successful authentication, redirects to the frontend redirect_uri with platform_integration_id as a query parameter. The platform integration is created automatically with the obtained credentials.
