Destroy asset evaluation
Destroy an asset evaluation by ID.
Deletes the evaluation record and asks Samantha to delete its scores. The evaluation is removed even if score deletion fails, and the assets themselves are left untouched in the library. This does not release quota.
Required permission: write:asset_evaluation.
