# Statuses & actions

## The 3 statuses

Every opportunity moves through one of three statuses. You control which status each one is in.

### To review

The opportunity has been generated and is waiting for you to look at it. This is the default state. An opportunity stays "To review" until you act on it — there is no expiry.

The counter you see next to each channel in the sidebar reflects the number of "To review" opportunities in that channel. When you filter the list, the count updates to match your filters.

### In my plan

You've decided this recommendation is worth pursuing. Adding it to your plan immediately triggers brief generation — a detailed production brief is ready in under a minute.\
You can remove an action from your plan at any time. Your generated brief is preserved when you do.

### Dismissed

You've decided not to act on this recommendation. When you dismiss an opportunity, you choose a reason from the list below — and can add an optional comment.

| **Reason** | **When to use** |
| :------------------ | :------------------------------------------------ |
| Already implemented | The action is already live or in progress |
| Not feasible | Not possible to execute given current constraints |
| Not relevant | Doesn't apply to this client's situation |
| Deprioritised | Could be relevant later, but not right now |

Your dismiss reason is saved and will be used to avoid showing you the same type of recommendation again next month.

**Changed your mind?** You can move any dismissed opportunity back to "To review" at any time. You can also permanently delete a dismissed opportunity from your list if you no longer need it.

## Navigating the list

Use the tabs at the top to switch between **To review**, **In my plan**, and **Dismissed**.\
Filter by brand, category, country, channel, or priority score to focus on what matters for a specific client or market.

The **Priority Score** (0–100) reflects the size of the gap identified versus competitors. Higher scores mean larger gaps — act on those first.
